Chancellor Health Care, LLC is the parent company of Chancellor Health Care, Inc. and its subsidiary operating companies. Chancellor Health Care, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on November 20, 1992 as a privately owned C-corporation. The Corporation was established to develop, acquire and/or manage senior living communities. At the present time, Chancellor Health Care, Inc. operates six senior living communities.
Chancellor Health Care develops and manages long term care communities for the senior population, including housing, supportive services, and skilled nursing care. We help residents enjoy the highest quality of life possible in the most appropriate and cost-effective setting, based upon their needs. Our goal is to provide exceptional care for residents, and to be recognized as a premier provider in the senior housing and care industry.
We care for over 400 seniors at our 6 communities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We employ about 400 employees, many of whom have been with us since we began managing the community at which they work.
Maple Valley Memory Care was built and opened to provide assisted living service in 2015, and was acquired by Chancellor Health Care in 2016.
Maple Valley Memory Care is an assisted living community that specializes in caring for adults who have Alzheimer’s disease and related forms of dementia. We provide residential care, respite care and hospice care. Maple Valley has developed unique operational protocols to enhance quality of life for residents, emphasizing security and safety in our settings. We offer an appropriate range of life-affirming and encouraging activities through our Respite and Residential Care programs. These are tailored to each person’s abilities and cognition.
Going through the journey of memory loss is complicated. This knowledge was the inspiration for the design and completion of Maple Valley. From the moment you arrive you will notice the difference that sets Maple Valley apart from all other communities. As you walk in the parking lot you may elect to sit and enjoy the sight and sound of the water fountain.
Upon entering our community you will notice the warm colors, abundant natural light, vaulted ceilings, beautiful decor and multiple home like seating areas for residents and families to enjoy visits or sit and benefit from the calming surround sound music. Our expansive courtyard offers residents the freedom and independence to enjoy outdoor living in a secure setting whenever they elect too.
For family members The Maple Valley offers additional piece of mind by making available an added security feature to our already secured community. This GPS bracelet can be worn by your family member who is active and may be inclined to endeavor to leave the community. By incorporating all of these features and much more we have created a soothing, healthy, therapeutic, atmosphere that will enhance the lives of our residents.
Memory care communities are not the same. Each has its own personality and philosophy. At Maple Valley we believe that life doesn't just happen, life is what we make it. It is our goal to assist our residents to live an active life filled with joy and happiness.
